If you have any questions regarding your registration or your payment please contact the conference organizers directly. If you would like to check your booked options or print your invoice and payment receipt please log in with ConfTool©Besides the regularly scheduled events the conference registration fee includes the conference reception and the conference dinner on Tuesday evening. Please indicate whether you wish to take part in the conference dinner when you register. It also includes lunch and coffee breaks at the conference venue from Monday through Wednesday and it includes a ticket for the local bus service during the conference.
As a special arrangement we offer a bike rental during the conference days. The bike enables you to travel around Oldenburg and mix with the locals as this is the favourite means of transport in the city. This service is free of charge and if you like to rent a bike please indicate it when you register.
The local organizers of the ISEE 2010 conference have negotiated special room rates at a variety of hotels in Oldenburg in Bremen. See “Accommodation” for more details. In addition we offer excursions in and around Oldenburg before, during and after the conference. Please see “Activities & Excursions” for more details.
